Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006032340A1] The invention relates to an adhesive tape especially for joining at least two articles or for closing and securing a packaging. The adhesive tape comprises a carrier tape which is coated at least on one face with a contact adhesive. The adhesive tape has a permanent elasticity of 5 to 50 % and is provided, on at least one of its longitudinal edges, with a plurality of notches which allow to tear the adhesive tape in two without using a tool.
