[origin: WO2006021296A1] The invention relates to a ring spinning frame which comprises two adjacent longitudinal supports for the spindle bearing housing (8) between which the spindle bearing housing passes through. According to the invention, both of the longitudinal supports (1, 2) are arranged in a vertical manner on top of each other, in order to reduce the amount of space required for said device in the horizontal direction. The spindle bearing housing is adjacent to the longitudinal supports and therefor does not increase the space required in the vertical direction.
