Abstract (en)
The shoe has an outer shell (120) for receiving and holding a foot, and swivellable about a geometrical rotation axis (A). The rotation axis is arranged to carry back from a front point of the outer shell, such that front and rear part spaces are defined by a longitudinal position of the rotation axis in an interior for receiving foot in the outer shell. A partial plunging of the front part space of the outer shell takes place in an interior (118) of a coupling part during lifting-up of a heel region (125) from the coupling part in a rotation phase of a jumping-movement. An independent claim is also included for a system consisting a shoe and a binding.
