Abstract (en)
Furniture or domestic appliance has the self draining element and the damping element which are formed together as single gas pressure spring (6). The fitting part (8) is fixed around a connection point which can be swiveled to the body. The fitting part has two arms separated by rotating axis (12), namely a pin-sided arm (14), which comprises a longitudinal guidance (16) for the pin and a gas pressure sided arm on which the gas pressure spring is hinged. The fitting part moves parallel to the movement plane of the insertion section during the rotating movement.
