Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1790608A1] The arrangement has a supporting unit with a cabin strand that supports a lifting cabin and a counter weight strand that supports a counter weight. A hanging cable (309) is provided with an integrated conductor for transferring an energy and a control signal, and is installed in the form of a hanging loop between a fixed point and the lifting cabin and/or the counter weight. The hanging cable has a stress unit (311) for increasing a meter weight. An independent claim is also included for a method for configuration and/or for installation of a lifting arrangement# a method for producing a hanging cable.
