Abstract (en)
The barrier has a horizontal beam (11) subjugated to a post (12), and a lower protection screen (14) closing a passage under the beam and comprising an upstream end edge (16) and a downstream end edge. The edge (16) is equipped with a protection device comprising a fixed part (21), bulged section (22) and fixation plate (23). The fixed part is maintained on the screen, and the bulged section is integrated to the fixed part and integrably mounted on the screen using the plate (23). The plate (23) is calibrated for deforming under the effect of impact.
