Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1791137A1] The device has a coil producing high frequency electrical field, and an impulse generator (1) for charging the coil. The coil is a secondary coil (2) of a tesla air transformer (6), where a primary coil (3) of the transformer is electrically connected with the impulse generator. The primary and secondary coils are tesla coils with angle and several windings, where an end of the secondary coil having high potential is connected with an electrically conductive radiating surface that is formed as sphere (4). The end of the secondary coil turned away to the radiating surface is grounded. An independent claim is also included for a method for affecting a flow process of water in a capillary by a field coupler.
