Folding plate has two plate parts separated from each other, which have a front side (4a,4b) and a back side (6a,6b). A hinge element (8) consisting of adhesive, whereby the hinge element connects the both plate parts (2a,2b) with each other in a tilted manner. Folding plate is made of a timber product or of wood. The hinge element is provided as an adhesive layer (10) on the back side of the plate parts.

Faltbare Platte, insbesondere bestehend aus einem Holzwerkstoff oder aus Holz, mit zwei voneinander getrennten Plattenteilen (2a, 2b), die jeweils eine Sichtseite (4a, 4b) und eine Rückseite (6a, 6b) aufweisen, mit einem aus einem Kleber bestehenden Scharnierelement (8), wobei das Scharnierelement (8) die beiden Plattenteile (2a, 2b) verschwenkbar miteinander verbindet. Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt das technische Problem zugrunde, eine faltbare Platte anzugeben, die in einfacher Weise kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß wird das technische Problem dadurch gelöst, dass das Scharnierelement (8) als eine Kleberschicht (10) auf den Rückseiten (6a, 6b) der Plattenteile (2a, 2b) ausgebildet ist
