[origin: EP1792840A1] The hinged top (2) is articulated to the body (1) of the cap and is produced by an injection process in a single piece whose top (2) is hot-bent towards the body (1) to fit a stopper (3) of the top (2) inside the pouring hole (5) of the cap body. Concentrically to the stopper (3) it has a guide (4) of annular cylindrical configuration sectioned by an inclined plane which defines a progressively decreasing height between a rear sector (4b) of greater height and a front sector (4a) of less height, a sector (4b) constituting the first contact with the outer surface of the pouring hole (5) for the progressive guiding and positioning of the stopper (3) during the bending of the top (2) until it fits inside the pouring hole (5).
