Abstract (en)
The hot galvanizing bath, especially for silicon and/or phosphorous steel components that have been previously treated to remove grease, scale, and pre-treated with acid and flux, uses a zinc alloy containing the following elements in weight per cent: 0.1 - 1.5 bismuth; 0.1 - 1.5 tin;0.04 - 0.15 vanadium; 0.10 - 0.30 manganese, and at least 0.002 aluminium, with the remainder of zinc.

Bain de galvanisation à chaud de pièces en une nuance d'acier quelconque notamment de pièces en acier au silicium et/ou au phosphore ayant subi préalablement un prétraitement de dégraissage, décapage, acide et fluxage caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par un alliage de zinc renfermant 0,1 à 1, 5 % en poids de bismuth et 0,1 à 1, 5 % en poids d'étain, 0,04 à 0,15% en poids de vanadium, 0,10 à 0,30% en poids de manganese, et au moins 0,002% en poids d'aluminium, le complément à 100% en poids étant constitué par du zinc de pureté commerciale.
