Abstract (en)
The device has a pressurized recess crossed by a belt (2) and closed at each end by a sealed head mounted on a frame or a mobile door (3) connected to the recess by a bellow (4). Each head has a pair of superposed horizontal rollers (5, 6) which are pressed against opposite faces of the belt. A rotating actuator acts directly on the frame or the mobile door, and a toothed sector is integrated to an end with the frame or mobile door. A pinion meshes with the toothed sector and is driven by a stepper motor.

La présente concerne un dispositif de positionnement du tapis transporteur en défilement dans des machines de traitement thermique de fils, essentiellement constituées par une enceinte pressurisée traversée par un tapis transporteur (2) et fermée à chaque extrémité par une tête d'étanchéité montée sur un bâti ou porte mobile (3) relié à l'enceinte pressurisée par l'intermédiaire d'un soufflet (4), chaque tête d'étanchéité comportant une paire de rouleaux horizontaux superposés (5, 6) qui sont pressés contre les faces opposées du tapis transporteur (2). Dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un moyen de positionnement (8) et un moyen de contrôle de position (9) agissant sur une zone très courte à proximité immédiate de chaque tête d'étanchéité. L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable dans le domaine de l'industrie textile, en particulier du traitement de fils au moyen de machines de traitement thermique couramment appelées machines de thermofixation.
