Abstract (en)

The device has a cavity (2) defining an interior space and comprising a set of thermal insulation panels (3-7). Electric resistors forming a heating unit are placed in the cavity. An insulation panel has an outer plate and an inner plate that are made of stainless steel with a thickness in the order of 0.5 mm. The plates are fixed to each other at their ends. A synthetic material e.g. polyurethane based foam, is disposed between the plates to provide mechanical connection between the plates. A control unit (18) is connected to temperature and humidity sensors (20, 21) provided in the cavity.

Dispositif de four 1 comprenant une enceinte 2 définissant un espace intérieur, un moyen de chauffage de l'espace intérieur et un moyen de commande du moyen de chauffage, l'enceinte 2 comprenant une pluralité de panneaux isolants 3 comprenant une tôle extérieure 23, une tôle intérieure 24 et un matériau synthétique disposé entre les tôles, assurant la liaison mécanique entre les tôles 23, 24 et conférant audit panneau 3 la rigidité souhaitée.
