[origin: WO2006029748A1] According to the invention, the assembly of spindle bearing housings (1) and pressure rollers (12) on ring spinners may be simplified, whereby the pressure rollers are pre-assembled on the spindle bearing housings. Adjustment aids are provided which permit an adjustment between the spindle bearing housing and pressure rollers on said pre-assembly. The adjustment aids, permitting an adjustment o the pressure roller in the direction of the applied pressure of the tangential belt (11), comprise a separation gauge (19), which may be inserted between a support surface (18') on the support (16) of the pressure roller and a support surface (18) on the spindle bearing housing. The adjustment aid, permitting an adjustment of the pressure roller in the direction of the mid-plane (20) between two spindles, comprises several grooves (22) lying perpendicular to the running direction of the tangential belt, in which a spring (25), arranged on the support of the pressure roller, engages.
