[origin: WO2006032743A1] The inventive self-cooling package comprises a first cavity (10) containing a coolable product, a second cavity (20) forming a heat exchanger and a third vacuum cavity (30) containing an adsorbent for fixing coolant vapours. Said package also comprises a container (40) which receives at least the third cavity and whose at least part of walls has a thickness less than 0.15 mm. Said package uses the low-thick, low-cost and easily producible adsorbent-receiving container, thereby making it possible to simplify the package production and reduce the production cost thereof. The thickness of the adsorbent container walls makes it possible to limit heat leak to a cooled product.
