Abstract (en)
The device has a protecting pocket (7) for covering an open receptacle to close and maintain the device in a place, where the receptacle is equipped with a tie rod. The pocket maintains reels (1) in a compact battery, where each reel contains a thin band (2). An end of the thin band exits from a small opening for being fixed inside a base (6), where the base has an opening that accesses the tie rod.
