Abstract (en)
The device has at least one flow channel (2) with an inlet opening (4) and an outlet opening, whereby the inlet opening is in the central region of the axis or rotation of the impeller wheel and the flow channel has a first section (6) radially remote from the inlet opening and a connecting second section (8) ending at the outlet opening. The inlet opening and the outlet opening open at axially opposite ends of the impeller wheel relative to the axis of rotation. An independent claim is also included for a pump unit.
