[origin: EP1795813A2] The device has ventilators (13) arranged between an air inlet (18) and an air outlet for producing airflow for cooling electric components (17). A filter unit (12) is arranged at sides of downward opened intake slots and is defined by a channel. The ventilators are arranged in an airflow direction behind the filter unit for cooling the components in a space in the direction behind the ventilators. A set of outlets is arranged in the direction behind the components, where a cross-section of the outlets is smaller than a cross-section of the ventilator.
