Abstract (en)
The block has a cover (2) that is adjustably supported by guiding supports (15a, 15b) in a housing (1), and a handle (3) that is rotatably or swivelably fastened at the cover. The handle has a slot-like opening (8) and a bolt-like attachment (11) with a lever (6), which is supported at the cover. The lever is supported at a side, which is opposite to the opening and the attachment with a slot-like opening (7) and a bolt-like attachment (12) in the housing.
