Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1796214A1] The terminal has a U-shaped clamp (8) electrically connected to a connection pad (2). The clamp clamps a tooth (15) of a connector comb (3) in connection position and a clam type coil terminal in a locking position to lock a cable (4) against the pad. The tooth is clamped between a fixed part and mobile part (10) of the clamp such that current from the cable crosses the pad and passes into the tooth without crossing the mobile part of the clamp.
