[origin: WO2006032313A1] The invention relates to a flexible container for bulk material, comprising a container body (1) which is provided with an opening (4,7) used to fill the container with bulk material or remove empty bulk material therefrom and which can be raised by means of carrier loops (11) fixed to the body of the container (1), also comprising an electrically non-conducting ground fabric and at least one conducting element which is suitable for conducting preferably an electrostatic charge of the bulk material container occurring during the filling or emptying process, said conducting element being connected to at least one discharge means (14) associated with a carrier loop (11) in order to discharge the bulk material container, wherein the conducting element which is embodied as a coating of the container body (1) and/or discharge means (14) is/are made of a thermoplastic synthetic material which has a surface discharge resistance of between 108 O and 1011 O on account of an additive which increases conductivity.
