Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006040435A1] The invention concerns in particular a method for adjusting power spectral densities of a plurality of telecommunication lines transmitting data in a number of frequency sub-bands, a power spectral density being attributed to each transmitting data sub-band. The method comprises the following steps: selecting (32) at least one line, called donor line, whereof the capacity for transmitting data is higher than a predetermined reference capacity; selecting (40) at least one sub-band of said donor line; and reducing (40) the power spectral density attributed to the selected sub-band to a minimum power level predefined in said sub-band.
