Abstract (en)
The device has a rod (5) comprising an intermediate portion (22) between distal and proximal portions. The portion (22) has branches (30) defining an elongated cavity (24) along an axis. The cavity opens out on an outer surface of the rod. The portion (22) is placed in a container (2) in a closed position of the device, such that the portion (22) and the container are configured such that air flow is maintained around the portion (22), during passage from the closed position to an open position in which an application element (6) of an applicator (3) is released from the container.
