[origin: EP1797984A1] The cutting device has a first crown (10), through a boring (11) in which the tube passes, and which has its own drive (12); and a second crown (13) rotatable on or under the first one, also with its own drive (14), and through which the tube also passes. There is at least one cutter (15) on the second crown, which moves into the boring as this crown rotates.
