Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1798130A1] The device (30) has a rope (31) directed between two fixed supports (22, 23) e.g. cables. An end of the rope cooperates with maintenance units integrated to one support, and the end of the rope is disconnected from the support when a tension of the rope is higher that a predetermined value. Another end of the rope is connected to an electro-mechanical switch (41) integrated to another support by automatic triggering and stopping of the cable when the tension of the rope is lower than a threshold that is lower or higher than a high threshold.
