Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1798147A1] The container for transporting groceries (6) under controlled- and modified atmosphere packaging, comprises gas-tightly lockable chambers (2) detachably connected with the container for storing the transporting groceries, and a storage module (3). The chamber is equipped with a gas connection (11) for connecting the chamber with an external gas source/with an extracting device. The chamber is thermally associated with a refrigeration source and is arranged for generating a vacuum pressure resistance. The storage module separated from the gas-tight chamber, is arranged as a refrigeration module for dry ice.
