[origin: EP1798819A2] The clamp has an actuating unit formed as actuating cam (13), which is supported in an insulating housing (2) in an eccentric manner, for opening and closing a tension clamp terminal. The cam can be pivoted from one position, in which the terminal is closed, into another position, in which the terminal is opened, by a spike of a screwdriver, such that an electrical conductor can be plugged in between a bus bar (3) and a lower edge of a through opening (6).
