[origin: WO2006040040A1] A pipetting device comprising a pipette (8) which can be confined by a pressure impingement device (9) and which comprises a discharge opening (10) and whose inner volume is configured in such a way as to receive the entire amount of liquid (7) that is to be discharged. The invention is characterized in that the discharge opening (10) is provided on an end piece (16) of the pipette (8), which can be coupled to a coupling opening (19) of a main part (15) of the pipette (8) receiving the entire amount of liquid (7) that is to be discharged. The coupling opening (19) is larger than the discharge opening (10).
