Despite the simplicity thereof, the ridge tiles or similar must be maintained with at least the necessary force over a number of years. The aim of said device is achieved by virtue of the fact that the approximately horizontal, lower part of the clamping device, in the symmetrical line area (crown area), has a hole which has a slot in the region of the edge, which comprises a blocking-clawing device for the securing wire.
