Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006040250A1] The invention relates to a system for checking access authorisation, in particular, to a network page (18), comprising a user identification card (14), on which user-specific data is stored, which can be read by a card reader device (12). An encoding of an output code occurs in an encoding device (30) using a random code entered by a user (10) using an input device (24) and a check result based on the user-specific data, which is displayed on an output device (34) in a display. The output code is transmitted to a background system (22) by means of a transmission device (16) and a computer. The background system (22) compares the output code with an internally-calculated comparison code. Depending on the comparison result, a release or a blocking of, for example, an internet page (18) with a child-protection feature, is carried out.
