The footwear has a sole and an upper (3) that comprises a vamp (4) having a discharge zone (5) that is centered and located on a deformed foot area. The zone (5) is formed by an extensible material with respect to a material constituting the rest of the vamp, where the zone has a low friction coefficient. The vamp has a width and lateral sides. The zone (5) extends in length, partially along the width of the vamp, as a band, and transversally to a longitudinal axis of the footwear. The width of the band is between 6.5 and 9 centimeters.
