Abstract (en)
The building has a basement wall (8) and a basement ceiling (9) arranged over a cellar. Between the basement wall and the basement ceiling load-bearing construction unit (1) having lamellas (2) is arranged. Between the lamellas, bodies (3) are arranged. The bodies (3) are more flexible than the lamellas. The basement ceiling (9) is a reinforced concrete floor on which the walls of the building rest over the basement ceiling. The walls are arranged over the basement ceiling made from brick-work. An independent claim is included for use of the construction unit.
