Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1801323A1] The device has a head (104) adapted to penetrate in holes (138) of a wall of a post (134), and an elastic unit (102) which comes in contact with an outer of the wall. A locking pin (118) and a locking groove are connected to the head and elastic unit, respectively. A forced fixation unit fixes the locking pin in the base of the locking groove in a fixed and locked position.
