The flashlight has a head, a front casing (10) and a rear casing (1), where the front and the rear casings are rotated against each other in two directions around its axis. The head is fixed at the front casing, where a dynamo (3), rechargeable battery (6) or capacitor, a circuit board and a control switch are arranged in the interior of the front casing. An outer side of the front casing is provided with an operation button, which cooperates with the control switch.
