Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a language generating system generating and outputting natural language data for informing a user of a predetermined event, the output data being possible in different natural languages, the system comprising:- a data base (22) comprising, for each language, a grammar comprising transformation rules for obtaining a sequence of words comprising an information content corresponding to said predetermined event,- a universal speech driver (21) which, for each of the different languages, builds the sequence of words having said information content corresponding to said predetermined event on the basis of the grammar,- an information unit informing the user of the determined sequence of words.
