[origin: WO2006042695A1] The invention relates to covers for fixing to upper edges of drainage channels (10), or similar surface drainage devices, fixed to the drainage channel by means of fixing devices (40, 15, 16). According to the invention, the construction, bearing mounting and assembly may be simplified, whereby the cover comprises a frame (20), to which the fixing pieces (40) are fixed and comprises devices for housing and fixing of planar elements (50). The planar elements can have various embodiments. It is thus simple and presents no problems to replace a damaged planar element or to install a different design.
