Abstract (en)
Coating machine (2) transfers image-bearing or covering layers from transfer sheeting (5) to printed material. A sheet application module (FA) is placed in a sheet rotation printing machine so as to produce a variable combination connected to print machines, lacquering machines and at least one turning installation. It includes an application machine (1) for image-carrying or flat coating of the print sheet with adhesive and at least one coating machine to transfer coat from bearing sheeting to print sheet. In the coating machine is a transfer gap (6) and the bearing sheeting is laid along the top of the press drum (3) and on the coated side of the sheet and led with this through the gap under pressure, so that the layers are transferred from the bearing sheeting onto the print sheet in areas covered with adhesive.

Ein Beschichtungswerk (2) zum Transfer von bildgebenden oder abdeckenden Schichten von einer Transferfolie (5) auf einen Bedruckstoff soll flexible zur Herstellung komplexer Bedruckstoffe aus Folienmaterial eingesetzt werden. Hierzu wird wenigstens ein Folienapplikationsmodul (FA) derart in einer Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine eingesetzt, dass eine variable in Kombination in Verbindung mit Druckwerken, Lackwerken und wenigstens einer Wendeeinrichtung geschaffen wird.
