[origin: DE102005062998A1] The door lock housing has a pivot centre (7) about which the mounting plate (6) of the operating assembly to which the sliding bolt (5) is attached, the mounting plate being retained by flange headed bolts (8,9) in slotted holes. To swing the plate an electric motor (15) rotates an eccentric (17) through a worm gear (16) and a stud (19) rotates the mounting plate about the pivot centre (7) to move the lock bolt away from the catch (1).
