[origin: EP1803904A2] The camshaft has two coaxially mounted shafts (1,2) rotatable inside with respect to one another. The cams are fixedly attached to the shafts. A main camshaft drive acts on both the shafts. A device adjusts the angle of rotation of the shafts with respect to one another by an actuating drive (3) and adjusts the angle of rotation of the shafts jointly by actuating drive (4). The actuating device has swash plates (3',4') mounted rotatably on a swash bearing (3",4").
