[origin: WO2006045285A1] The invention relates to a device for the three-dimensional measurement of objects such as containers, in particular, bottles and bottle crates with bottles installed. A stereo imaging of the object is thus provided by means of two cameras, arranged above the object, with an essentially parallel beam path axis. An essentially annular light source is provided for illumination of the object, arranged between the object and the camera, permitting illumination of the object.
