The device has a transfer cylinder (03) cooperating with a form cylinder (02), where the transfer cylinder exhibits a length corresponding to two print images of a newspaper page, and a breadth corresponding to six print images of another newspaper page. An inking roller (04) of an inking unit (06) cooperates with the form cylinder. Rotational axes of the transfer cylinder, the form cylinder and the inking roller lie in a same plane (E) in a printing position, where the inking roller is formed with a length corresponding to the two images of the newspaper page. An independent claim is also included for a printing unit comprising a printing device.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Druckwerk einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Formzylinder (02), welcher auf seinem Umfang in axialer Richtung nebeneinander sechs Druckbilder einer Zeitungsseite und in Umfangsrichtung betrachtet lediglich ein Druckbild einer Zeitungsseite trägt, mit einem mit dem Formzylinder (02) zusammenwirkendem Übertragungszylinder (03), welcher einen Umfang entsprechend zwei Druckbildern einer Zeitungsseite und eine Breite entsprechend sechs Druckbildern einer Zeitungsseite aufweist, und mit einer mit dem Formzylinder (02) zusammen wirkenden Farbauftragwalze (04) eines Farbwerks (06), wobei die Rotationsachsen des Übertragungszylinders (03), des Formzylinders (02) und der Farbwalze (04) in einer Druck-An-Stellung in einer selben Ebene (E) liegen, und dass die Farbauftragwalze (04) mit einem Umfang entsprechend mindestens zwei Druckbildern einer Zeitungsseite ausgebildet ist.
