Abstract (en)
A fan (1), particularly for the ventilation of kitchen ovens, comprising a supporting structure (2) which is associated with at least one impeller (3) which can be actuated by motor means (4) and is adapted to draw an air stream which is oriented in a direction which is substantially parallel to the axis (3a) of the impeller (3), and conveyance means (5) which are adapted to redirect the air stream in a direction which is substantially perpendicular to the axis (3a) of the impeller (3).
