Abstract (en)
The head bed (1) has a bedtick (2) with a block-shaped foam body (3) including a cavity (4), and a set of spring units (5) arranged in the cavity. The spring units have stiffness for preventing sealing of the cavity for automatic interior ventilation of the head bed during compressive stress. The cavity has channels extending transverse to a couch direction, where the channels are opened at side walls and at the body.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kopf- oder Körperunterlage, insbesondere Kissen oder Matratze, umfassend eine Einlage mit einem Bezug, die erfindungsgemäß so ausgestaltet ist, dass die Einlage (2) aus einem blockartigen Schaumstoffkörper (3) mit wenigstens einem Hohlraum (4) gebildet ist, in dem ein oder mehrere Federelemente (5, 15) angeordnet sind, die eine stützende gefederte Kopf- oder Körperauflage gewährleisten, und wobei das oder die Federelemente (5. 15) eine Steifigkeit aufweisen, die in Folge der Druckauflage ein Verschließen der Hohlräume bzw. des Hohlraumes (4) zur selbsttätigen Innenbelüftung der Kopf- oder Körperunterlage unterbindet. Durch diese Ausbildung wird insbesondere die Wärmeabfuhr im Bereich der Auflage von Kopf oder Körper unterstützt.
