[origin: EP1808940A1] A cassette (K) comprises rotor and stator for delimiting a circular accommodating area to accommodate flat ribbon cable (FRC) (10). An intermediate base fitted on a cylindrical hub of rotor, runs parallel to cover face and base of accommodating area. The intermediate base divides the accommodating area based on the height or width of the cable to be inserted.
