Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006050863A1] The invention relates to an adhesive strip that is coated on both sides with a contact adhesive, said strip comprising a support with a first and a second surface for gluing two objects. The invention is characterised in that one of the surfaces of the support is connected in a fixed manner to a layer A, which when in use is essentially not ductile and the other opposite surface of the support is connected in a fixed manner to a layer B. The two external faces of the layers A and B are coated with a contact adhesive. The adhesive strip on the support can be split into two parts by the action of rotative or shear forces, said parts adhering to the two glued objects. Said parts can be respectively removed from the glued object by being pulled at an angle greater than 45° in relation to the object surface.

[origin: WO2006050863A1] The adhesive strip support is splited into two parts by rotative or shear forces, which is adhered to the two objects and the parts are removed from the adhesive at an angle below 10[deg] of 0.2 kg/cm2> strip. The adhesion between the layers and the carrier is larger than the surfaces of the objects. The carrier (1) has a thickness of 50 mu m-5 mm. The layers are identical or different type and consist of an aluminum foil. An independent claim is also included for a re-detachable, self-adhesive hook or mounting device.
