Abstract (en)
The cable protection and guide channel, fitted e.g. to the underside of work surfaces (2) consists of a trough-shaped sheet metal cover (1) connected to the supporting surface by a spring (5) at each end. The other ends of the springs are connected to guide blocks on the supporting surface that ensure accurate positioning of the cover. The guide blocks have central notches to receive an edge of the cover to hold the latter in an inclined open position for installing and removing cables.

Goulotte de protection et de guidage de câbles le long d'une paroi (2), constituée d'un capot (1) relié à ladite paroi (2) pour former un tunnel de passage des câbles. Le capot (1) est fixé à la paroi (2) par des moyens élastiques (5) amovibles le rappelant au contact de celle-ci en position fermée de la goulotte, au moins une semelle (3) fixée à la paroi (2) assurant le positionnement et l'orientation du capot (1) sur ladite paroi (2).
