[origin: EP1810736A1] The telescope device has half shell like telescope piston (11) with locking recess (19). Locking projection (20), provided inside the telescope pipe (10) and telescope piston, is extended lengthwise in locking recess. Telescope piston and locking bolt (12) have a small radial play with telescope pipe, which is tiltable relative to telescope piston and locking bolt. The locking bolt is axially fixed relative to the telescope pipe. The inner wall of the telescope pipe has radially inward inclined plane (25), with which telescope pipe and locking bolt deviate against telescope piston and thus the locking projection presses on the locking recess. An independent claim is also included for the toy vehicle with a telescope device.
