Abstract (en)
The method involves detecting electrical resistance of a fuel-operated burner (12) or a measuring unit on a side of the burner surface (9) for monitoring the flame and controlling fuel air ratio of the burner. The burner or the unit is associated to a constant current source, and thermal output of the burner is determined to change a resistance reference value of the fuel-air-ratio. The ratio is decreased when the measured resistance is larger than the reference value, and is increased when the measured resistance is less than the reference value.

Verfahren zur Flammenüberwachung und / oder zum Regeln des Brennstoff-Luft-Verhältnisses eines brennstoffbetriebenen Brenners (12) mit einer Brenneroberfläche (9), wobei der elektrischen Widerstandes des Brenners (12) oder eines Messelements (6) auf der der Flamme (10) abgewandten Seite der Brenneroberfläche (9) erfasst wird und zur Überwachung und Regelung dient.
