The device has a bow-shaped distributor (7) hinged at a pivoting axis (6) of a motor (5), where the distributor is supported outside of a retaining volume (4) of a container (1) in a rest position of the distributor, and a pivoting movement is implemented by a part of the retaining volume in a distributing position of the distributor. A sensor detects a filling height of the container, where the retaining volume retains empty goods fed into an automatic taking back machine and supplied to the container.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verteilen von Behältern insbesondere Flaschen und/oder Dosen in einem Container mit einem Aufnahmevolumen zur Aufnahme der Behälter. Die Behälter wurden vorzugsweise zuvor in einen Rücknahmeautomaten eingegeben und sind dem Container zugeführt worden. Die Vorrichtung ist mit einem Motor mit einer schwenkbaren Achse, an die ein bügelförmiger Verteiler angelenkt ist, versehen, wobei der Verteiler in seiner Ruheposition außerhalb des Aufnahmevolumens des Containers gelagert ist und in der Verteilerposition eine Schwenkbewegung durch zumindest einen Teil des Aufnahmevolumens durchführt.
