[origin: EP1811468A1] The device has a bow-shaped distributor (7) hinged at a pivoting axis (6) of a motor (5), where the distributor is supported outside of a retaining volume (4) of a container (1) in a rest position of the distributor, and a pivoting movement is implemented by a part of the retaining volume in a distributing position of the distributor. A sensor detects a filling height of the container, where the retaining volume retains empty goods fed into an automatic taking back machine and supplied to the container.
