[origin: WO2006055911A2] A one-piece inner garnish assembly is provided for an associated vehicle window opening. The garnish assembly includes a weatherseal assembly and a garnish joined thereto prior to installation on the associated vehicle. In one embodiment, the weatherseal assembly includes first and second legs extending from a base portion. Each leg includes a low friction seal lip such as flock or TPV for sealingly engaging surface of the associate vehicle window. The garnish is a molded component that is joined to the weatherseal assembly, for example, in a preferred embodiment the garnish is joined to a leg of the weatherseal assembly. In another embodiment of the garnish assembly, a belt seal with integral garnish and molded transition members at opposite ends are provided.
